Job Summary: The Office Manager is responsible for workflow and performance in all administrative areas. This individual’s main role is to facilitate the delivery of top quality healthcare services while maximizing productivity. The Office Manager works closely with staff members and providers to implement quality process improvements as necessary and grow the practice. This individual also has primary responsibility for planning, organizing, directing and coordinating the work and resources involved in running a service-oriented business.
