If revenue is the engine that propels a dental practice towards financial success, then effective treatment coordinating is the activity that keep the engine running! This training is designed to enhance the Treatment Coordinator’s effectiveness in securing and planning the delivery of oral healthcare services. Course attendees will learn to describe and explain treatment options with patients, define costs associated with different treatment plans, propose and practice presenting treatment plans to patients, and formulating payment plans.

For a full refund of registration fees, cancellations requests must be received no later than 14 calendar days prior to the start date of the training. Cancellations received 7 calendar days prior to the start date of the training are entitled to a 50% refund. Cancellations received less than 7 calendar days prior to the start date are not entitled to a refund. This policy is due to the high level of customization involved in our trainings, which is based on the number of people that have registered as well as space limitations.
In the event we cancel a program, we will notify you as soon as possible and you’ll have the option of choosing between a full refund of your registration fee or store credit.
