Frank is an award-winning speaker and executive coach with over 38 years of experience leading organizations of up to 4,800 personnel. While in the United States Air Force, he served as Chief Operations Officer for DoD’s largest dental activity and interim Command Chief at Wilford Hall Medical Center. Upon retirement from the military, Frank worked as an Occupational Analyst, Texas & Louisiana District Manager for a corporate dental company, Chief Operations Officer at a medical device company, and Practice Director at a 17-clinic medical group. In 2014, he founded Gravity Leadership & Management, LLC as well as Healthcare Compliance Readiness (HCR) which combined, provide executive coaching, strategic planning, leadership training, human resources, and healthcare compliance support to over 143 privately-owned organizations across the country. Frank is a graduate of the USAF Senior Noncommissioned Officers’ Academy and holds degrees in Dental Sciences and Organizational Leadership, as well as a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management. He is also a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and teaches “Leadership & Management” and “Entrepreneurship 101” for the University of Texas at San Antonio – Small Business Development Center. Frank is the nationally-published author of “Things I Need To Remember – A Leader’s Self-Management Guide”.
Diana Martin began her career in the food and retail industries in her hometown of Ontario, California. In pursuit of self-improvement, she attended Agusta State University where she obtained certifications in both Dental Front Office and Medical Billing & Coding. Upon graduation, Diana went to work with the Department of Defense and later the Defense Health Agency where she performed duties as a Medical Support Assistant. In this role, she managed patient scheduling for seven providers, collaborated with medical staff to prioritize urgent and complex cases, and responded to over 2,350 telephone consultation inquiries annually. Diana is fluent in both English and Spanish, and she is passionate about caring for clients and cultivating a positive workplace culture.
Born and raised in San Antonio, Barbara is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry and an extensive background in management. Starting at the ground level, she worked her way up from hands-on direct patient care to front desk administration and finally to Office Management at multiple different dental and surgical practices. Barbara also spent several years performing duties as an Insurance Claims and Billing Specialist. This outstanding professional is uniquely qualified to serve as HCR’s Director of Compliance as she has a bachelor degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Texas at San Antonio and a solid background working in the legal arena. Barbara’s extraordinary organization skills and attention to detail are high-value assets for providing our clients with world-class compliance support.
